How to install the Windows Developer Preview from an ISO image

The Windows Developer Preview is delivered as an .iso image that must be converted into installation media stored on a DVD or a USB flash drive. On Windows 7, the easiest way to convert this file is to use Windows Disc Image Burner. On Windows XP and Windows Vista, a third-party program is required to convert an .iso file into installable media—and DVD burning software often includes this capability.
Note: The .iso file that contains the developer tools requires a large capacity DVD called a DVD-9, as well as a DVD burner that can handle dual-layer (DL) DVDs. Most modern burners should be able to handle this format.

Bomb Terror in Indonesia

Saturday, March 19, 2011

Lately in Indonesia, there are many bomb terrors in Indonesia. The terror starts in Tuesday(15/March/2011), a packet was sent to Ulil Absar the chief of an islamic organization. The packet wasn't sent through the post, but by a courier. The package contains a book entitled: "Mereka Harus Dibunuh" which in english, "They Must be Killed". After receive the package, Ulil found a wire sticking out of the book. Sensing danger, he called the police. The police came, and they flush the book with water. Then a short electricity reaction done.

Curious with the reaction, a policemen opens the book. Unexpectedly, the trigger of the bomb is on the cover. When the book opened, the bomb exploded. The policemen lost his left palm in this accident.

Today, Indonesia still in panic. Every packet received, exploded by the bomb squad in case of next terror case. But after tons of suspicious packet destroyed, they're not the bomb. Maybe these packets have metals, batteries, or maybe gunpowder inside, but not any of these packets really explode even though you open the package, waiting 'till your grandpa dead, or maybe throw it to your dog.

The paranoia is very panicking and effective in this country. Because, this country is very paranoid of bomb. What a pain, don't ever help Japan if you can't help yourself!

Google Aids Earthquake Victims in Japan

Japan person finder, Google

Google aids people in Japan after earthquake. This aid is in a form of tool to help victims' family to find their family there. This tool collect information on which people is gone and about someone's whereabouts. It is designed to be embedded on websites and social network pages to reach as wide an audience as possible.

In its first few hours, the Japan quake Person Finder had logged more than 4,000 records.

The extent of the damage caused by the Japanese earthquake is not yet known but its magnitude and the widespread devastation wrought by the subsequent tsunami is likely to see tens of thousands displaced.
The Person Finder was developed to solve a problem common in the aftermath of many catastrophes when many different agencies are on the ground giving aid and gathering information about victims.

Before the advent of tools such as Person Finder it was much harder to compare the information gathered by separate agencies and help to re-unite families and friends.
Underlying the site is a common format for describing people who are lost or who want to announce they are safe by whatever means they can.In the wake of disasters, many volunteers in other countries often scrape sites for this formatted information and add it to the People Finder database.

Others take information from blogs, texts and tweets and convert it to the format so it can be put in the database. The system was first used following the Haiti earthquake that struck in January 2010. That first tool was based around work done in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina that hit New Orleans. Google saves us! hahaha :D
